1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing on StarSmp, purchasing digital products, or using any related services (including the website, store, or Discord), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StarSmp. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Virtual Goods & Digital Purchases

All purchases made through the StarSmp store are for digital virtual items only, including but not limited to:

  • Ranks
  • Keys
  • Cosmetics
  • In-game currency
  • Boosters
  • Perks

These digital goods:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are licensed, not owned
  • May be modified, balanced, or removed at any time
  • Are tied to your Minecraft account

StarSmp reserves the right to change in-game benefits at any time without compensation.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • You are purchasing digital goods delivered immediately upon payment.
  • You waive any right to refunds, returns, or cancellations.
  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through Stripe, your bank, or any payment provider:

  • Your Minecraft account will be permanently banned.
  • All associated accounts may also be permanently banned.
  • You will permanently lose access to all purchased items, ranks, perks, and digital goods.
  • You may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

StarSmp reserves the right to submit transaction logs, IP address records, account usage data, and other relevant evidence to financial institutions to contest fraudulent disputes.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

StarSmp reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any player at its sole discretion.

If you are banned, you permanently lose access to:

  • The server
  • All purchased digital goods
  • All ranks, currency, and perks
  • Any associated accounts

No refunds or compensation will be provided for banned accounts.

7. Service Availability

StarSmp does not guarantee continuous service, uptime, or permanent availability of any item. The server may reset, wipe, or shut down at any time without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under United States law, StarSmp and its operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service. All services are provided “as is.”

9. Changes to Terms

StarSmp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
